Hi all, Bandon Hockey Club wishes everyone a happy, hot summer! To heighten the summer fun we have pre-season training just around the corner!! The club invites all members and newcomers, female and male, to join fitness training with a twist:
Social Fit Club
Starting in August, every Tuesday and Thursday, this 6 week program will include strength, conditioning and aerobic fitness in Clonakilty to get us all in peak condition for the upcoming season!
Price: €50 for the 6 weeks subject to enough people
